Background

One of my more complex projects, our focus here was to create one destination where clients could generate monthly invoices, have an overview of their accounts, and compare their payment positions over time. We designed a dashboard for clients to see an overview of all these components as well as outstanding bills. The monthly invoice generator allows clients to zoom in on specific months, as well as add any missing information to their invoices. Additionally, I created two new icons for this page.

Goals of Design

• Firstly, create a functioning dashboard where users can see an overview of pertinent information. 

• Add functionality: a monthly invoice generator (this did not yet exist anywhere on the system).

• Add functionality: create filters that allow users to view one guest type’s information at a time.

• Allow users to save, export, and email their invoices.

• Allow users to add lines to generated invoices to update any missing information.
